Crew-13 mission set for October 1 launch with record fast docking

The joint NASA and SpaceX crewed flight will carry four astronauts from three agencies to the International Space Station.

NASA and SpaceX are scheduled to launch the Crew-13 mission on 1 October 2026 at 11:10 EDT from Cape Canaveral, Florida.[1] Aboard the Falcon 9 rocket will be NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov. The crew will conduct an approximately 180 day stay aboard the station.[3] [4] This launch will use Falcon 9 first stage booster B1101, flying for the third time. The mission is on track to mark the shortest launch to docking timeline for any Crew Dragon vehicle, with docking expected eight hours and 50 minutes after liftoff.[5] [6] The launch will proceed Thursday morning weather permitting.[2]
