Lunar Outpost adds retired Space Force general to board

Lunar Outpost appointed retired U.S. Space Force Lt. Gen. John E. Shaw to its board of directors, the company announced Sept. 19. Shaw said he sees Lunar Outpost's technology as supporting exploration, science, commercial growth and a permanent human presence on the Moon. ^[3]^[1] The appointment comes as Lunar Outpost, a Colorado-based company, develops rovers and other hardware for lunar surface operations. The company has contracts with NASA and is building vehicles designed to operate in the Moon's polar regions.
